Protection of minors

By the law for the protection of minors we are obligated to ascertain the age of the buyer, since we may offer our products exclusively to visitors of full age for the purchase. We ensure that you are of age both before you place an order, i.e. before a purchase contract is concluded, and when the package is handed over.

New customers & guest orderers:

Based on the data entered by you – i.e. your address and your date of birth – during the ordering process – a query is explicitly executed with the data entered by you. Here, your address together with your date of birth will be transmitted in an encrypted way to a server specially set up for this purpose, where it will be compared with a large collection of data. This is done fully automatically, except for one more click, there is no effort for you.

Returning customers & regular customers

If the above check is successful once, our store system automatically stores your data in your customer account, so you can save this one additional click in the future. From now on, your order will be processed as in times when the age check was not necessary.

Age check failed?

If the age check fails, although you are of age, this can have several reasons:

● You may have made a typing error when entering your address or date of birth – so please always enter your correct date of birth.

● You are not registered in the database.

In this case you have the possibility to send us a photo of your ID, so that we can check it manually and activate you for your order. Just use the contact form on our site. It often takes only a few minutes within our business hours until the activation.
